I’ve tried out a lot of trading platforms as an active trader and investor over the years. Recently, I spent a few weeks getting to know ZFMarkets, a platform that people in the trading community have been talking about. In this review, I’ll share my experience, pointing out what the platform does well and where it could get better. Is it safe, is it scam? Let’s discover together:
ZFMarkets is a trading platform that offers access to more than 500 different instruments, such as forex, stocks, indices, commodities, and cryptocurrencies. The platform is made for experienced traders, delivering tools and resources to help with different trading strategies. If you are new in this industry, they also have a “learning” structured offer, for you.
Strengths of ZFMarkets
- Diverse Range of Tradable Instruments
Providing access to over 500 CFDs, this diversity allows traders to diversify their portfolios and explore various markets from a single platform.
- Simple to operate
The platform has a simple to use interface, which is great for beginners but also provides advanced tools for experienced traders. Moving through different sections, making trades, and looking at charts is easy..
- Educational Resources and Analytical Tools
ZFMarkets provides a range of educational resources and analytical tools, including economic calendars and technical analysis options. These resources help traders make smart choices.
- Customer Support That Listens
Customer service is available all day, every day, ready to help you through different ways to reach out. The support team was friendly and answered my questions quickly. I have tested them several times, in different period of times.
- Safety Steps
The platform focuses on security by using SSL encryption and separate accounts to keep user funds safe. ZFMarkets is run by ZEN Capital Markets LTD, which is authorized and regulated by the Financial Services Commission in Mauritius with license number GB24202819.
Areas for Improvement
- 1. Mobile Application Optimization
While the desktop version is efficient, they should have also a mobile application. Users have reported when they use an app, an occasional lag and less intuitive navigation will be, compared to the desktop experience.
- Transparency and Regulatory Concerns
Despite being regulated by the FSC Mauritius, some users have expressed concerns regarding the platform’s transparency. For instance, certain reviews highlight issues with fund withdrawals and lack of detailed information about trading conditions.
- Website Performance and Design
The website can be slow sometimes, and the design seems a bit old-fashioned. A newer and more adaptable design could improve how users feel about the experience.
Overall Rating: 94 out of 100
ZFMarkets has a solid trading setup, but there are a few areas that could use some improvement. The platform’s design is outdated, there are 2 bad reviews regarding the usability and support, but overall, the fact that is regulated and has a solid background, eliminates all the doubts.
ZFMarkets offers a trading platform that has a variety of instruments and easy-to-use features. It’s great that they focus on security and helping their customers. But if we tackle issues like transparency, how well the mobile app works, and improving the website, it would really boost the platform’s reputation in the trading community.
If you’re a trader looking for a platform with a variety of options and good support, ZFMarkets could be a good choice. It’s important to do your research and think about your own trading needs before making a decision.
